Hello everyone!

I am working on a project and I have come here to get the expertise that I need!

What rapport seems to be the most valuable to you when you meet with someone that you have not seen in a while? Do you ever run into situations where you forget things about the person and that makes for an awkward conversation where you have to "re-learn" things about them?

I am sure a lot of you have a large number of clients that you need to maintain rapport with, how do you remember all of them?

Those are the core questions that I have, but any other advice you have on the topic would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
