In my experience, I've found that the way people run product demos to be all over the map.

  • Is the product demo run by the account executive or someone like a Sales Engineer?
  • How do you structure the demo environment? Is it specifically tailored to the customer/line of business or is it a more general overview?
  • Does Sales Leadership at your company guide how demos should be run?
