Assuming my kitchen was up to code and passed inspection. Maybe have 10 menu items to start and advertise with fliers. Use GrubHub, Uber eats, etc. for delivery at least at the beginning. Am I missing something that would make this a lot harder then I think it would. I'm a culinary major in a college town if it matters.
